Proprietas is built to be fast — and the keyboard is the fastest way through it. Shortcuts stand down while you’re typing in an input, textarea or the assistant.

Chord shortcuts (g then a letter) wait about a second for the second key. They never fire while a text field is focused.

On the dashboard

Press / to open the block picker and add a block to your customisable dashboard (ignored while typing in a notes field or other input).

Floor plans

The plan viewer is a Figma-style canvas — pan, zoom, place assets and draw rooms without leaving the keyboard. Press ? at any time to bring up this legend in-app. While reshaping a room path: U union, S subtract, Cmd Z undo path edit, Cmd Shift Z redo.

In the desktop app

The desktop app is tabbed — each tab keeps its own site and state, so you can keep one property open per tab and flip between them. Web shortcuts (Cmd K, grids, floor plans) work the same inside each desktop tab.
Once a workspace has more than a handful of properties, Cmd K is almost always faster than the sidebar. Make it your default way to navigate.
