The Trial

New workspaces get a 14-day trial with no card required. You get the full editor experience — drop documents, seed compliance, parse leases — so you can feel the product against your own estate before paying. A banner on the dashboard shows the days remaining, and you’ll get reminders as the trial nears its end (at 7, 3 and 1 days out).

If a Trial Lapses

If a trial ends without a subscription, the editor app is paused at a paywall until you subscribe. Two things stay true:

• Your data is untouched — nothing is deleted; subscribing restores full access immediately.
• Light users keep working — contractors and tenants can still report issues and use the portal through the lapse.

You’ll get an “ended” note shortly after, and a win-back reminder a little later — both easy to act on with one click.

Subscribing and Switching

Subscribe or change tier any time under Settings → Billing:

• Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the period.
• Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you’ve paid for.
• Switch between annual and monthly whenever you like — annual is roughly 17% cheaper — with the change applying from the next renewal.
