Proprietas runs in your browser, but there’s also a native desktop app for macOS and Windows — the same platform in a dedicated, distraction-free window that lives in your dock or taskbar. Everything is identical to the web app; the desktop build just adds a few native touches.
The desktop app is the same product as the web app, signed in to the same workspace. There’s nothing extra to set up and no separate data — close your laptop, open the web app on another machine, and you’re exactly where you left off.

The app puts a badge on its dock (macOS) or taskbar icon showing the total of your outstanding items across the sidebar — overdue compliance, open issues, open work orders, items waiting in your inbox, and access requests — so you can see at a glance whether anything needs you without opening the window.

Mobile

Native iOS and Android apps are on the way. In the meantime the web app works on any phone — which is how contractors and tenants already use the contractor portal and report issues on site.
