### Compliance

* Every UK statutory regime tracked — FRA, EICR, L8/legionella, gas, asbestos, PAT, EPC, F-Gas, TM44, fire alarm, emergency lighting, insurance
* Mark a site as an HMO and the right pack seeds itself — the **HMO licence** (mandatory, additional or selective) tracked with its renew-before-expiry deadline, alongside the tougher fire and residential regimes an HMO pulls in
* Per-site and per-floor status at a glance — overdue, due soon, valid
