# Audit Packs

> One-click evidence bundles for inspectors and insurers.

When an inspector, insurer or auditor asks for evidence, you shouldn't be assembling a folder by hand the night before. Proprietas builds the pack from your live data in one click.

## What's in a Pack

An audit pack assembles, for a site (or a single obligation):

* Every current certificate with its dates, inspector and outcome
* Outstanding findings and how they were resolved
* The obligation list with computed status
* Recent work orders and contractor competence

Because it's generated from live data, the pack is always current — there's no stale export to regenerate.

## Scope-Aware

Audit packs respect the [active scope](/getting-started/properties-and-scope#the-active-property-scope). At a multi-property site you can pull a pack for the whole building or for one floor — each tenant gets their own evidence bundle.

## The Audit Trail Behind It
